Unfinished Karuizawa Vacation…
I have always thought that having a sleepover will be some what enjoyable. The house is my second house other than the house I stay at Tokyo. I invited many people to this sleepover event and four of my intimate friends confirmed that they would consider going.
Because I knew then that my friends were arriving the following day, I went to Karuizawa the day before and did a “clean-up” of the house. This included cutting trees, picking up fallen leaves and cleaning the house. I wanted this sleepover to deviate from a typical sleepover in the city/urban area.
My friends, Mathaya Thakathaka, Flexy Flexo, Titsuro Mac, Debuki Tajyaina, came to Karuizawa the following day, excited and elated to have a sleepover in the mountains. The first thing we did was to rent bikes. We wanted to rent bicycles to prevent traffic and use it as a “fast” transportation tool. Also, bicycles was more fit to the natural environment then cars and buses. The five of us, including myself, first headed to the Outlet Mall and then Tsuruya where we bought fatty snacks. Fatty snacks were an essential part of this trip since there were two horizontally-challenged (f**-**s) boys.
That night, after we had pasta at my place, we went to the gym to play recreational sports such as, table tennis, basketball, badminton and so on.
When we woke up the next day we were still wondering what we should do to have a fulfilling day. We all thought that starting “anything” simultaneously would help the situtation. So, we decided to play TENNIS. After a long three hours of hardcore tennis, we decided to go swimming to wash our sweat.
